What's Covered
If something we installed fails because of how we installed it — bad solder joint, improper fitting, missed seal — we come back and fix it at no charge. For as long as you own the home.
Manufacturer defects in the parts themselves are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. We help you process those claims when they come up.
Normal wear and tear, damage from freezing, damage from external forces, and modifications by another contractor are not covered. We explain what is and is not covered at the time of install, in writing.
Why We Offer It
Because we do the work right the first time, the warranty almost never gets called on. Standing behind our craftsmanship costs us very little, but it tells you exactly what kind of operation we run.
